The App is built with privacy-first principles and minimal data usage:

• No Account Required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide an email address or password to use the App.
• No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not collect or store names, addresses, or phone numbers.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process anonymous device identifiers (such as IDFA / GAID) and usage data to serve relevant ads in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Users can opt out of personalized tracking via iOS device settings or upgrade to remove all ads.
• In-App Purchases (RevenueCat & Apple StoreKit): When purchasing "Remove Ads" or "Buy Me a Coffee", transactions are securely processed by Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store payment or credit card details.

3. Local Device Data Storage

All user progress data is saved locally on your device via secure offline database storage (SQLite / AsyncStorage):

• Category quiz completion and test history
• Practice question bookmarks and flagged items
• Hazard perception test scores and practice timestamps
• Selected language preferences

This data remains strictly on your device and is never transmitted to any external servers.

4. Third-Party Services & Links

The App may include optional links to external services (such as contacting the developer via Email, WhatsApp, Phone, or LinkedIn, or viewing official DVSA guidelines). When you click an external link, you are subject to the privacy policy of that third-party service.

5. Compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Laws

The App is compliant with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Because no personal data is collected or processed on remote servers, your statutory rights regarding data privacy are naturally preserved.

The App does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe any personal data has inadvertently been provided, please contact us immediately so we can ensure it is deleted.
